What is a cisma event?
At cisma, an event is not a date on a calendar. It is a situation built so that something can happen. It does not begin with programming alone, but with the need to activate a context. There is an idea, a body that carries it, and a space that receives it. From there, a specific form takes shape, with a limited duration, where elements that are usually separate are brought into relation: the one who proposes, the one who attends, the space, the technology, the conversation.
Within cisma, events function as autonomous units. Each one has its own structure, its own intensity, and its own way of appearing. They can be more contained or more open, more discursive or more practical, but they all share a condition of presence, something that happens here and now, and does not repeat in the same way.
